Introduction & Job Highlights

Norwell currently has an opening for a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will work closely with our sales and management teams performing the following responsibilities:

  • Coordination of both internal (employee) and customer events such as trade shows, open houses, sales promotions and seminars
  • Managing Norwell’s social media and website platforms
  • New start-up customer, start-up coordination
  • Designing flyers, newsletters and other customer-facing media
  • Responsible for purchasing/managing promotion items
  • General oversight of annual marketing budget

Work Experience & Requirements

  • Strong background in Sales and Marketing support
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Hands on experience in organizing tradeshows, open houses and similar promotional events
  • Experience in the Agricultural industry an asset
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite plus Adobe Illustrator (or similar graphic design package)
  • Experience in utilizing various social media platforms to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Able to work alone as well as in a group environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ontario

Education Requirements

  • University and/or College degree in Marketing or related field preferred

  •  Training or certification in sales/marketing focused social media and graphic design preferred
