Norwell Dairy – Service Calls

Our technicians are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Emergency after-hours calls are automatically routed to a call center where your information will be taken and the attendant will then contact the serviceman “on-call” at that time. The serviceman will call you back (on the number that you leave with the call center attendant) to:

  • » Let you know we have received the call and promptly look after it
  • » Attempt to remedy the problem over the phone by having you or your personnel check a few things, or confirm that a technician is on the way.

At times, it is convenient to call a service technician directly so we have equipped all our service men with cellular phones to make communication as efficient and effective as possible.
