Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose

To work within a team environment to coordinate day to day service, including triaging incoming calls for customers well assuring customer expectations are exceeded. Other duties will include but not limited to coordination, research and maintenance schedules. Looking for someone who has long term goals of being apart of our Norwell Family.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Front line communication for serving customers
  • Lead incoming and outgoing customer service calls
  • Support Service / VMS team
  • Follow up with customer requests
  • Cross-reference parts and labour hours as needed
  • Organize and triage workload to assure completion

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication / leadership skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proven time management skills in fast-paced, priority changing environment
  • Self-motivated person with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of dairy industry an asset

  • Monday to Friday
