Role and Responsibilities (may vary)

  • Customer support requests related to herd management systems
  • App support and training
  • Install software updates
  • Milk quality communication
  • Update customer training programs
  • Track start-ups and ensure full training is completed on systems and supported with suppliers
  • Data mining and analysis for customers
  • Monitor performance on farms, communicate with customers and suppliers
  • Participate and coordinate customer teaching days
  • Provide software training for internal staff
  • Feed table work

Skills and Qualifications

  • Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making
  • An agricultural background is an asset
  • An understanding of dairy farming and herd management is required
  • Teamwork and integrity
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
