Maintenance/Service Technician Role and Responsibilities Service and maintain dairy equipment on farms in Western Ontario Represent Norwell Dairy in a professional manner with customers Work independently while communicating within a team environment Continued training on the job, in the classroom, as well dealer online, and in person training courses. Join the team on the after-hours service schedule once adequately trained Ability to accurately fill out documentation required for maintenance and service calls. Skills and Qualifications Excellent problem solving, trouble shooting, and critical thinking. Able to work with minimal supervision. Can see what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it. Drive to grow within the organization and keep current with new products and processes Mechanical Automotive, Robotics an asset Milking equipment/Agriculture knowledge and experience is an asset, but not a requirement Ability to work remotely, as well maintain a mobile warehouse.
