Norwell began the Account Management roll out in February of 2017; our main objective was to increase the level of our Customer experience by;
- Be our customers champion within Norwell by being their single point of contact for all issues, become the “go to” contact person for all Norwell related business and direct the customer to the correct person
- Routinely visit existing accounts as required and support farm supplies and services provided by Norwell.
- Recommend product offerings and packages that are appropriate for our customers and ensure our customers are aware of any product promotions.
